Depending on how acute is the problem which you deal with you will probably need different response time frames. You may opt for one of the response time frames listed below:
- within 6 hours via our ticketing system
- within 24 hours via our ticketing system
- within 3 days via our ticketing system
Note: the above time frames are related to our timezone (Sweden,GMT+1). Your location’s timezone seems to be unknown. You should also keep in mind that these time frames are guaranteed from the moment you opened the incident ticket in our ticketing system and NOT from the moment of purchase.
