    • setup – we will assist you with the setup of the plugin, from installation to the first backup job
    • troubleshooting – sometimes shits happens; when it happens we are here to help you. Period.
  • pay-as-you-go support service – you buy it upfront and use it later within a certain period of time (like 1 year)

Depending on how acute is the problem which you deal with you will probably need different response time frames. You may opt for one of the response time frames listed below:

Note: the above time frames are related to our timezone (Sweden,GMT+1). Your location’s timezone seems to be unknown. You should also keep in mind that these time frames are guaranteed from the moment you opened the incident ticket in our ticketing system and NOT from the moment of purchase.
