This page will assist you in getting the right answer to your questions regarding:

If you only need a direction regarding the basic usage of MyBackup then you definitely should read the Getting started with MyBackup page. A more exhaustive version of it would be the Tutorials page.

If the above resource didn’t answer your question then who knows, you might just be lucky and find the answer in the FAQ section.

If you still have not found the answer to your question then please read the instruction below:

  • if you are using the FREE version of WP MyBackup (the WordPress plugin) and you have a question or you think you have found a bug then:
    • submit your question via WordPress.org WP MyBackup support section
  • if you are using the FREE version of MyBackup (the standalone flavour) and you think you have found a bug/issue then:
  • if you are using the payed version of either WP MyBackup or MyBackup or if you bought the Premium Support Services then please open a new support ticket via the Helpdesk ticketing system using your login user name and password (the one you used on purchase).
