Gentoo speed up boot with parallel init

To speed up the system init at boot-time, just edit your/etc/conf.d/rc and set the RC_PARALLEL_STARTUP variable to yes:

RC_PARALLEL_STARTUP="yes"

Also speed up boot with parallel init it's just a damn line!
